This delightful spacious luxury villa combines all the advantages of a modern home with the charm of a traditional country house. With its outstanding quiet location, this beautiful villa solves the landscape-or-coast dilemma, as it is surrounded by idyllic olive groves, wooded hills, and emerald green meadows, while in the immediate vicinity lies the popular seaside town of Novigrad, where a wide selection of shops, bars, Cafes, and restaurants, as well as a pretty marina and numerous beaches, can be found.
Carefully tailored for holiday time, this newly built villa is decorated in a contemporary style with a wonderful collage of textures and colors, creating a cozy atmosphere. Two of the bedrooms - all with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs - are located on the upper floor, with two lovely ensuite bathrooms with underfloor heating and a spacious terrace from where you can enjoy beautiful views over olive groves to the sea. The light-flooded spacious ground floor with its open layout is divided into very tastefully furnished kitchen, dining and living area with a cozy fireplace and forms the social center of the house. Here is also the third bedroom, also with air conditioning and flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Almost all rooms and bathrooms are equipped with ambient LED lighting, which can be individually adapted to the mood. If you step out of the living room onto the huge covered terrace with a large dining table, you will find an inviting barbecue area with an open fireplace. In front of it is the generously sized sun terrace with a tempting heatable private pool - perfect for enjoyable sunbathing while enjoying the pleasant spicy natural air of the vineyards and olive groves. wunderschöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage, perfekt für Erholung und Entspannung.
A beautiful villa: fitted and furnished to the highest standard; incredibly comfortable with multiple areas for dining and relaxing in and a super pool area. Great location too; Novigrad is a charming town, with a lovely seafront for swimming and a pretty port and old town to wander around, with plentiful restaurants. Also a great base to explore some of the other beautiful Istrian towns including Pula, Rovinj and Porec.
