The whole villa is air-conditioned and has a Wifi connection. Here you can enjoy peace and privacy while sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing. In the garden, you can also enjoy cooking for your friends or family outside on a charcoal barbecue. On the charming terrace next to the pool you can dine al-fresco. This modern holiday home is located in the small Istrian town called Sveti Petar. It is quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Poreč and Rovinj with their beaches are just a short drive away. A grocery store is 500 m away. The road connections are excellent with access to a fast motorway for Pula and Trieste airports. (Ryanair, flyglobespan, thomson, Norwegian air shuttle, tuifly, German wings, sterling, wizzair and many Russian charter flights).

Alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit
Eine sehr schöne saubere Villa mit einer tollen Außenanlage, es sind ganz leichte Gebrauchtspuren an eins zwei Ecken aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir können Sie nur weiter empfehlen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Den Pool haben wir geliebt und dieser wird auch regelmäßig sauber gemacht. Falls Fragen waren konnte man immer jemanden erreichen. Wir wurden Sie wieder buchen. Entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung zu 100%.
