Wir haben tolle zwei Wochen in der Villa Lavenda verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Kinder konnten dem Pool, das Tischtennis und das Trampolin nutzen. Die sehr ruhige Lage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Unser Host hat sich stets um alles gekümmert, wenn es Feagen gab.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour : belle villa , photos conformes, belle région , maison assez isolée mais finalement assez proche de Porec, Rovinj et des beaux villages d’Istrie centrale .

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit Wahnsinnspool!
Wir waren 4 erwachsene und 2 Kids (3 und 9). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt - dank Tina und ihrer Crew.
Es gibt eine tischtennisplatte, und ein Trampolin für Kinder. Die Küche ist fully equipped, sie hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Die Villa hat einen überdachten Platz für BBQ direkt am Pool.
Gegen entsprechenden Aufpreis konnten wir die poolheizung nutzen, da der Pool bei Anreise kalte 19 grad hatte :)
Wir haben die eine Woche wirklich sehr genossen!

Das Haus ist großartig! Man braucht zwar ein Auto, aber die Lage ist hervorragend- Pool ist großzügig dimensioniert 😁 wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung Küche und Haus ist 1a. Es fehlt an nichts. Eine eindeutige Empfehlung - wir werden wieder kommen. Die Betreuung vor Ort und durch myistria muss ich hier auch noch einmal hervorstreichen - alles bestens. Für uns war das einer der erholsamsten Urlaube. Danke

Parking privé. Jardin très bien entretenu. Plusieurs endroits pour prendre les repas à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la maison. Cuisine très bien équipée. Literie confortable. Climatisation dans chaque pièce.
La piscine ravira petits et grands.
Située au centre de l'Istrie à 10minutes d'un magasin de proxité, 15 minutes de supermarchés et 20 min de la côte.

Die Villa Lavender ist eine wunderschöne Oase de Ruhe mit einem wunderschönen Garten und einem riesigen Swimmingpool. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Als Draufgabe gibt es im Garten beim Lavendel wunderschöne Schmetterlinge. Paradiesisch! Einziges Manko: aus dem unteren Bad riecht es ein wenig aus der Toilette und ab ca. Mitte der Woche funktionierte das WLAN nicht mehr und könnte auch nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Trotzdem 5 ⭐️
If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy yourself in the beautiful countryside of Istra Vila Lavender is the place to visit. We loved the house with its' sophisticated yet comfortable decor, cleanliness and all the amenities needed to make our stay an enjoyable one. The oversized swimming pool and beautifully landscaped grounds made our days outside with the family memorable. Its' close proximity to City of Poreč and other places to visit in Istra provided us a fulfilled week of activities. I would recommend this place to all my friends. We simply loved everything about Vila Lavender.

Der Pool ist absolut phantastisch und GROSS. Man kann so richtig schwimmen und nicht nur plantschen. Da springt man sofort aus dem Bett ins Becken… Diesen Sommer wollten wir uns ein „Zuhause“ in Istrien schaffen um die ganze Halbinsel zu erkunden und wir waren ganz begeistert vom Haus und vom Standort. Das Haus ist mit einem kleinen Wald von der Hauptstraße, die von Poreč nach Motovun führt, verborgen und das ganze „Dorf“ besteht von 4-5 Häusern. Man gelangt schnell überall schnell hin (Poreč, Rovinj, Motovun, Pula, Trieste). Das Haus wurde sehr chic mit eigenen für das Haus designierten Möbeln eingerichtet, kein billiges IKEA style wie wir es in vielen anderen Häusern gesehen haben. Die Matratzen waren uns auch sehr wichtig, und die sind TOP. Danke an Ivan (der Eigentümer) der uns super Tipps über Restaurants gegeben hat. Einige waren wirklich mitten in nirgendwo, aber das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Wenn man so wirklich ausspannen und das Leben in Istrien erkunden will, aber trotzdem gemütlich und entspannt das Private in einem Luxushaus genießen möchte, ist dieses Haus genau das Richtige.
The Villa is more than amazing, and we would always come back. The interior of the House suggest the distinguished taste of the owner, and it has that true Tuscany -Provencal style. All the rooms are carefully designed and equipped with superb furniture,and the air conditioning. The living area is amazing and suitable for parties and well connected with the garden and you can supervise your children and pets from the inside.
Both the House and the garden with amazing swimming pool are situated within one of the most beautiful villages in Istria, so the walk true the village feels amazing during the somersets if you wish to keep this nirvana feel during the evening. The village is very close to ST. Lovrec which is true an amazing Lavender site with the stores and cafes that you need on the daily bases. If you wish to do some serious shopping ,Porec is also very close by car and it offers you everything you need. One word for the location and the House, simply amazing!!!!!

Sehr schönes ruhiges Anwesen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß, die Betten bequem.
Ich habe zweimal mit dem Besitzer telefoniert. Er hatte sofort reagiert und uns geholfen. Vielen Dank Ivan.
Ein ganz besonderes Haus. Eins zu eins so wie es beschrieben war. Mein Mann ,ich und die 2 Hunde wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut alle Orte und auch der Limski-Fjord sind schnell zu erreichen. Somit ist auch das Essen am Abend in einem der zahlreichen Konobas sicher. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder hierher kommen.

When my family of five arrived, we were excited about the Villa. The owner was very nice and waited for us but we arrived too late so he had to leave. Therefore, the housekeeper welcomed us instead. Pretty much everything resembled the pictures but then we discovered some exceptions. For example, we brought our family dog because we saw that this Villa was walled completely so she wouldn't be able to run away. However, it isn't fenced completely so we have to constantly watch the dog 24/7. Also, the first night (when we came), we figured out that the toilet and shower in the downstairs bathroom was clogged. Overall, Villa Lavender is good but can be improved by being gated all the way and getting the toilet fixed.

If you would like a completely walled and gated property check the Facilities description / outdoor - "completely enclosed" should be listed there.
