Luxurious villa with pool & tennis court in Istria
Villa Cypress Hill is an impressive holiday home located in the lovely Istrian countryside.
It is a four-bedroom villa, which makes it perfect for 8 guests.
Set on a 2800 m2 large plot, this villa offers a beautifully tended garden with a 78 m2 large heated pool, a private tennis court, and an outdoor jacuzzi. Even a spa with a sauna is set under the pool deck! It is a perfect villa for groups of friends or families with kids, as it offers entertainment and relaxation for everyone. The stylish interior of this villa is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the large fully equipped kitchen, a real dream for all who enjoy cooking. It is located in the large open-plan area together with the dining and living room, all enjoying a beautiful view towards the terrace, the pool, and the green surrounding. There is also a separate smaller living room with a breakfast area. You will enjoy your stay in this beautifully designed and furnished villa. A well-equipped fitness room with a large TV and one of the four bedrooms with its en-suite bathroom is located on this floor as well, while the remaining three bedrooms are spread across the upper floor. All bedrooms have a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a TV. The whole house is air-conditioned, and on colder days, there is underfloor heating in the whole house.
The incredibly inviting outdoor area has a wonderful pool surrounded by cosy sun loungers, covered dining areas, and a perfectly equipped outdoor kitchen. It has a pizza oven, a gas grill, a charcoal grill (Big Green Egg), and an ice cube machine.
There is an outdoor living space with a sofa, a fire pit, and a jacuzzi, perfect for lazy evenings. Isn´t such a holiday a dream come true?

Pool towels are provided. 4 parking spaces. Pool heating is available from 15.9. to 01.06. upon request with a charge of 300 € per week (weather-related temperature).

Bed linen is provided and changed once per week. All bedrooms have A/C and a TV.
The unique medieval town of Motovun is known as a town monument that gives off true Istrian charm and rich history, offering views of the hilly landscape with vineyards, hamlets and country houses in the magical Mirna Valley that will surely fascinate you. The region of Istria is also famous for its wineries where you can taste the famous Istrian wine - Malvasia, extra virgin olive oil, homemade cheese and prosciutto. Truffle hunting, which you can try in the restaurants of the numerous towns in this area, is an activity you should try during your stay in Istria. You can also enjoy numerous cycling and hiking trails. You can also go horseback riding, play a round of golf or simply enjoy the thermal waters of the nearby spa. Larger towns nearby are Umag, Novigrad and Poreč. They offer numerous leisure activities, good nightlife, sightseeing, cultural attractions, bars and restaurants.

Reinkommen, wohlfühlen!
Die Villa Cypress Hill ist eine Perle in einer malerischen Landschaft. Sehr stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wirklich jede Sitz/Liegemöglichkeit ist beeindruckend bequem.
Die Villa ist sehr groß, ich habe manchmal mehrere Minuten meine Frau suchen müssen.
Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Aussicht am Abend vom Pool, sowie vom Wirlpool aus ist super!
Die top ausgestatteten Küche… ihr müsst es selber sehen
Jeder sollte sich einmal diese Villa gönnen!

Eine wunderschöne Villa inmitten einer hügeligen Landschaft. Modernste Ausstattung in der Villa, Pool, Außenanlagen, Outdoorküche, SPA und Tennisplatz. Hier wurde nicht gespart! Nur vom allerfeinsten!
Unsere lieben Gastgeber, Vanja und Dario, haben uns herzlich begrüßt, einen kleinen Willkommenskorb überlassen. Sie gaben uns super Ideen, wo wir besonders gut essen können, leckeres Olivenöl bekommen oder welche Winzer wir unbedingt besuchen sollen, an die Hand.
Die beider Gastgeber haben uns dieses Design-Schmuckstück für eine Woche überlassen. Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie mit Hund angereist, wir hatten herrlich viel Platz und Ruhe.
Wir sind jeden Tag ausgiebig mit dem Hund unterwegs gewesen, die nahe Parenzana-Strecke ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch zum Joggen oder Radfahren.
Ganz besonders toll fanden wir den riesigen Pool.
Allem in allem, ein wunderschöner Urlaub in diesem gelungenen Ambiente.
