The charming Villa Provence is located on a little hill near the town of Umag, giving its guests a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. The picturesque countryside surrounding the villa and the private pool on the terrace are a perfect combination for your holiday with family and friends.
The villa features a private parking for 2 cars.
In its nicely decorated interior abundant with wooden elements and charming details Villa Provence can accommodate up to 8 guests. Large glass surfaces provide natural light in all rooms of the villa. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped wooden kitchen with dining area, a spacious and airy living room, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 3 single beds. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a balcony. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished and cosy.
The French doors on the ground floor lead to the amazing outdoor space of Villa Provence. Don’t hesitate to soak in the charm and beauty of the area while spending your time on the terrace. With a shaded area, an attractive swimming pool surrounded by cosy sun loungers and a beautifully tended garden, it has everything you need for a memorable holiday. An outside dining area and a charcoal barbecue are at your disposal for delicious moments under the blue Istrian sky .

Wir hatten hier in Grota einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Auch unser Hund hatte seinen Spaß. Die Villa ist sehr schön und optimal aufgeteilt. Einrichtung und Pool sind spitze. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt mal wieder vorbei.
We had a fantastic time. Villa Provence is beautifully decorated, in a great location and the hosts Arsen and Olga could not have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend staying there.
