Beautiful stone villa with private pool in Motovun

Villa Luigi & Luisa is a real escape! These two old restored rural houses are situated on a little hill in between only a handful of houses giving you the feeling of living far far away. The exterior offers you a 50m2 infinity pool and a carefully tended garden - ideal for families with children.
There is a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue, a dining area and a magnificent view over green hilltops, the Mirna River valley and Motovun. The houses with an interesting room layout are rented as a single unit for up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms. One unit has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the other has four of them. A combination of 19th-century style furniture with stone and wood in the open living room and kitchen creates a cosy atmosphere. The balcony gives you an extra private spot to enjoy the panoramic view. A bonus is a well-stocked cellar, where you can taste a lot of local specialities in the company of family and friends. As a cherry on top, the owners of Villa Luigi & Luisa offer you a cooking service on demand. Finding yourself in a place known for its culinary specialities - like white truffles, honey, olive oil and cheese-, you shouldn’t let this opportunity pass by….

Villa Luigi & Luisa is located in Bazjaki near Livade, a small village known for its Truffle Days in autumn. There is a grocery store, restaurants and post office. From the villa, you can enjoy the view of Motovun, where the famous Motovun Film Festival takes place every year. In 18km you’ll find the city of Buzet with an interesting offer for hiking tours, which leads us to Hum - the smallest town in the world. Central Istria is definitely worth a visit! On the other side, you have Novigrad on the west coast of Istria, with its beaches, sights and restaurants. At a little more than half the distance, a 20-minute drive away, there is the Aquapark Istralandia, if you’re looking for this kind of action for you and your kids. Another bath, a therapeutic one, is Istarske Toplice at a 10km distance from your Villa Luigi & Luisa.

Die Villa entspricht allen Erwartungen. Die Lage ist hervorragen man genießt die Natur und die Stille der Ausblick vom Pool auf Motovun ist herrlich besonders am Abend wenn die Sonne noch auf die Festung scheint Die Zimmer sind auch wunderbar und besonders hat ins die Sommerküche gefallen die bietet jeden komfort mit waschbecken Kühlschrank WC Steckdosen für Handy kaffemaschine usw. und Besonders der grosse Griller wo auch immer genug Holz zur Verfügung stand. unsere Ausflüge nach Novigrad Porec Pula und Rieka waren alle innerhalb einer Stunde zu erreichen da das Strassennetz sehr gut ausgebaut ist.. Die Besitzer sind ebenfalls immer zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt. Nochmals Herzlichen Dank kommen bestimmt nochmals
Die Villa verspricht, was man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Wir waren voll auf zufrieden und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Die Villa ist groß, bietet alles was man auch Zuhause findet und hat eine tolle Lage mit einem tollen Blick auf Motovun. Wir sind mit 4 Familien (7 Kindern) angereist und hatten alle einen Platz zum schlafen und konnten gemeinsam Essen am Tisch. Der Pool ist groß genug und das wichtigste, es war alles sauber und gepflegt! Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett, Wir haben das Angebot uns bekochen zu lassen einmal genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen und der zugehörige Service waren TOP. Wie man lesen kann, kann ich nichts schlechtes über die Villa oder die Gastgeber sagen.
