The wonderful Villa Biba Ranch with private pool is located near the towns of Pula and Medulin. It can accommodate up to 7 persons in 3 bedrooms.
The truly stunning location of this villa surrounded by olive groves and situated close to the sea will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Its traditional flair, beautiful sea view and the unspoilt nature in its surroundings are only some of the advantages of this charming holiday home which will make you want to stay here forever.
On the ground floor, a joint living, cooking and dining area with a large fire place awaits you. It is decorated with a lot of love and attention to detail and it radiates warmth and cosiness, which is just what you need to enjoy your well-deserved holiday. One bedroom with a double bed is also located on this floor, whereas one bedroom with two single beds, as well as one bedroom with one double and one single bed are located on the upper floor. Each bedroom has access to an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Step outside onto the lovely terrace and experience the magical beauty of Istria. Pour yourself a cup of coffee in the morning and welcome the day in the lovely outdoor dining area or in one of the sun loungers. The first rays of sun mark the beginning of a new day and as Henry David Thoreau would put it, “an early-morning walk is a blessing for the whole day”! After you have taken a walk and explored the wonderful surrounding, you can refresh yourself in the pool or prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones on the gas grill. You and your family will surely have fun playing table football or darts and, if you are more keen on sports, you can play a round of table tennis, organise a family volleyball match or try playing a game of bocce, a popular sport in this part of Europe.
In the depths of a bay, protected from cold winds and soothed by the shade of trees, lies Pomer. Quiet and laid back, Pomer is a place of revived memories which come back with each wave on its coast. The sea is undoubtedly the main attraction in this corner of paradise. Its blueness hides a wealth of flavours and fragrances that it has so generously provided for thousands of years. Once a mussel farm, today famed for its marina, Pomer lies in a well-protected part of Medulin Bay. In summer folk festivals are organized, as well as chamber music concerts held in churches. Following the fishing tradition, there are several well-known seafood restaurants. You can also find here a shop, bakery and other amenities. This small fishing town has preserved its peace and quiet until today. The beach is pebbly and rocky, providing peace and tranquility for everyone either in the sun or in the natural shade of pine trees. This location in addition to swimming offers a wide range of watersports for fun.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer erreichbar, tolle Villa in herrlicher Umgebung. Alles im Haus vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Neben Kicker, Tischtennisplatte und Trampolin waren auch reichlich weitere Spiele für Kinder vorhanden. Alles im Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Herausragend waren die guten Matratzen, sehr bequem. Die Anfahrt war etwas abenteuerlich, aber mit SUV kein Problem. Gerne wieder.
Das Haus liegt so wie erwartet abgelegen auf einem riesigen Grundstück - für uns mit Hund ideal - trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten überall. Pool, Einrichtung und Ausstattung perfekt. Auch die Vermieter sind äußerst bemüht und freundlich, wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen in absolut idyllischer, ruhiger Alleinlage. Gute Ausstattung in allen Räumen, auch die Matratzen waren spitze. Bei kleineren Angelegenheiten waren die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert.
Es waren zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa. Die ruhige Umgebung, die liebevolle Einrichtung des Hauses, die überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber und sogar das Wetter ließen keine Wünsche offen. Und das im Juni 2020....

Waren im Oktober ´18 dort und können diese absolut traumhaft und ruhig gelegene Villa absolut weiterempfehlen. Es fehlt dort an nichts. Vielen Dank.
die Biba Ranch kann man einfach nur empfehlen. Sehr ruhig gelegen und super zum entspannen.
auch ideal für Kinder da mehre Sportartikel wie Tischtennis, Tischfussball, Springburg usw.vorhanden sind
zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit vorallem die Halbinsel Kamenjak ist ein Traum.
die Hausbesitzer/in ist sehr zuvorkommend es passt einfach alles. Die ranch ist auch top ausgestattet.

Wenn man wirklich ein ruhiges Plätzchen sucht um vom alltäglichen Stress runter zu kommen und sich ein bisschen Urlaub zu gönnen, aber dennoch nicht auf Luxus zu verzichten, dann hat man mit diesem Haus und dem dazugehörigen Grundstück alle Voraussetzung, die man dafür benötigt.
Das Haus ist so liebevoll, modern und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, auch wenn es ein wenig weg von irgendwelchen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder scheinbar der Zivilisation (kleiner Scherz) ist.
Das riesige Grundstück ist voll von Olivenbäumen, Lavendel- und Rosmarinsträuchern. Wir hatten zwei Hunde dabei und selbst unsere Hunde haben sich ohne uns nicht getraut, das Grundstück zu erforschen.
Die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, bemüht, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar und natürlich selbst Hundebesitzer.
Vielen Dank für den uns bereiteten wunderschönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub.
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht, herrlicher Pool, herrliche Ruhe, riesiges Areal, eingezäunt, ideal für Hundebesitzer. Wunderbare, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Um an das Haus zu gelangen muss man ein Stück durch unwegsames Gelände fahren, Sportwagen kommen hier sicher an Ihre Grenzen. This Villa was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation. The property is brand new sitting in a Olive grove about 4km from town. The owners were responsive, attentive and helped us enjoy our stay.
