The landscaped yard is filled with greenery and offers activities for both adults and children. Your vacation is completed by swimming in the private pool surrounded by sun loungers, for days spent sunbathing or reading a book under a sun umbrella. The youngest will enjoy numerous activities - a slide, swing, and a trampoline, while adults and children can also try their hand at table tennis. Below is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area next to the grill, a place where the whole family can gather for a meal together at the end of the day.
For those eager for activities outside the home, the owner can organise various workshops for the whole family upon request.
Villa Hana is immersed in the beautiful countryside on the flanks of the majestic Ucka Nature Park. If biking and hiking in the hills is your thing, then there is some spectacular scenery to discover. The adventurists will find some of the most popular free climbing and paragliding spots in Croatia. The villa is perfect for nature lovers, as its
surroundings offer a perfect setting for those who prefer to relax in the nature. The first beaches are only a 20-minute drive from the villa, as are the the beautiful coastal towns of Labin, Rabac are, as well, only a short drive away. Opatija- the pearl of the Adriatic, where kings and tsars used to spend their summer months- is also only a short drive away.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden für den täglichen Gebrauch. Überwältigt waren wir über den Willkommens Gruß im Kühlschrank!!! Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
Ein wunderbares Haus für einen angenehmen und ruhigen Urlaub vom hektischen Alltag. Hervorragend ausgestattet, geräumig, mit vielen Schlafzimmern, die hervorragend eingerichtet sind, mit einem ebenso schönen Garten, Swimmingpool, Kinderspielplatz. Sehr nette Gastgeber, immer bereit zu helfen. Wir empfehlen es jedem, der eine ruhige Umgebung für einen angenehmen Urlaub mit der Familie sucht, und wir werden sicherlich nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Tolles Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht. Highlight der Pool und der Stein Pizza ofen in der Küche. Es gab nichts was es nicht gab. Von der Eiswürfel Maschine über das fliegengitter bis zu den Wasserball Toren im Pool. Echt klasse. Perfekt für 2 Familien, wir waren zu neunt. Gab einen kleinen Unfall mit dem sonnenschirm. Wurde alles bestens gelöst. Denke wir kommen wieder. Danke Giorgio

We loved our week at Villa Hanna. First of all the house is beautiful as well as the garden with the pool and kids playing area. Our four kids loved the trampoline and play house, which gave me and my husband time to read and chill by the pool.
The location of the house is great. We went on excursions like truffle hunt which was like one hour from the house. Istria is beautiful and should be explored and this house is a perfect spot to relax and explore from.
Eine absolut schöne Villa, sehr ruhig gelegen und für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub bestens geeignet. Tolle Zimmer, große Sitzgelegenheit im Freien und viel Platz zum Spielen. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gleich nebenan konnten wir frische Eier, Gemüse, Kartoffeln und Käse kaufen. Sehr lecker. Klasse war natürlich auch der Grill, der Pizzaofen und die kleine Bar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen in der Villa. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und haben uns das Haus, den Garten und den Pool genauso vorgestellt. Wir wurden am Tag der Ankunft sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben alle nötigen Informationen erhalten. Das Haus war tip top sauber und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Man befindet sich schon ziemlich außerhalb und genau das gefiel uns. Wir danken dem Eigentümer sehr für den wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen bestimmt wieder...!!!
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus.
Die Villa Hana ist außen wie auch innen wundervoll. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst von dem Besitzer begrüßt, die Villa war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank hatten wir einen Willkommensgruß mit Obst und Getränken.
Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern. Auf dem Grundstück hatten die Kinder viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten, den Pool, das Spielhaus und das Trampolin. Viele Outdoor Spielsachen wurden vom Besitzer bereit gestellt. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Sehr ruhige Gegend mit sehr netten Nachbarn. (Die haben uns mit frischem Gemüse, Milch, Eier... versorgt).
Der Besitzer war jederzeit erreichbar und alle Wünsche und Fragen wurden umgesetzt. Rundum war es ein schöner Urlaub. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön an den Besitzer! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

what an exceptional experience ! the villa is lovely, inside and out - a great pool, very comfortable bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, a perfect kitchen, equipped with all amenities, rivaling de luxe boutique hotels.
but the owners make this place truly unique - friendly, helpful, trying to make your stay truly memorable; fresh eggs, cheese and vegetables from neighboring farms brought to your door whenever you wish, they even supplied (at negligible cost) a daily cleaning service. absolutely perfect.
We had such a good time at Villa Hana, & I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit the area. We arrived with 3 teenagers & 2 young adults. At first we were a bit sceptical as it was a bit far out. However, Giorgio immediately made us feel so welcome. He had arranged 2 lovely platters of traditional food & drinks for us when we arrived. He showed us everything in the house, which is beautifully set up. They had thought of absolutely everything - whatever you need - it is there. Giorgio personally then drove with me to pick up the 2 older kids from the station. The next day, the youngest got an ear infection, and he showed me the way to the doctors. His family all live next door, and they would pop in to see how we are doing & would bring us fresh eggs & vegetables from the farm. They even have a pizza oven, and the kids had great fun making pizza for the family. Even the teens loved the place - they went into the pool every day & enjoyed lying on the sun beds & the hammock. We soon learnt to navigate our way around & went to all the surrounding villages such as Pula, Rovinj, Graśjnan and so on. On the last day we went to the beach in Opatja, as well kajacking in Poreç. It didn't take us very long to get anywhere, but the house itself was very peaceful & quiet, with beautiful scenery. We absolutely loved it here, & can't wait to come back. Even our teens loved it and the hospitality of Giorgio and his family was awsome! Definitely highly recommend!! ??

Fantastic villa, very well equipped with everything you could need. The hosts and family are incredibly welcoming. Very relaxing place. We loved our stay.
Unsere Familie hat eine wunderschöne Woche /Zeit in der Villa Hanna verbracht. Das Haus ist super schön und ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet. Er ist mit seiner tollen Poolanlage von Bergen und der wunderschönen Landschaft umgeben. Am Pool hat man einen herrlichen Blick in die wunderschöne Natur. Wir haben die Ruhe und die Stille mitten in dieser Natur genossen. Für die Kinder gab es reichlich Beschäftigungs- und Spaßmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück nicht nur am Pool, sondern auf dem Spielplatz und einem Trampolin . Außerdem hat der Eigentümer viele tolle Spiel- und Sportsachen sowohl für die Kinder als auch für Erwachsene bereitgestellt. Das Tischtennis war unter anderem unser Highlight :) bei unseren Grillabenden. Uns hat an nichts gefällt, so toll ist alles im Haus organisiert und vorhanden. Wir würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen, es hat alles gestimmt! Es war einfach sehr, sehr schön!!! Danke!
