Beautiful villa with private pool in Labin - Rabac

We stayed for a week in Villa Erikain August, and it was amazing. The Villa is the best equipped Villa, I've ever known. It's a beautiful, big house, well maintained, well equipped and clean. The facilities for children (mine are 7 and 4) were brilliant. The pool, climbing wall, table football, ping pong and t.v channels were perfect and kept them entertained. The hosts were also amazing. Very friendly, without being intrusive. The pool was cleaned everyday, and the gifts including wine and home made Apple pie were really appreciated! The location is perfect to explore Istria and we'd love to return.

Great place to stay with our extended family-toddlers, 20 somethings, adults. There was lots of room for spreading out and many places to relax. The kitchens are small and the distance from beach and town was a little more than we anticipated. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren Ende August eine Woche mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern (1 - 3,5 Jahre) in dieser tollen Villa. Das Haus mit dem herrlichen Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und mit allen benötigten Dingen des Alltags ausgestattet. Sogar Waschpulver für die beiden Waschmaschinen sind vorhanden. Man fühlt sich in dieser Villa herzlich willkommen, da die Eigentümerin einen sehr liebevoll mit Kuchen, Gemüse, Obst usw. versorgt. Der Pool wird jeden Morgen gereinigt und ist schon kurz nach Sonnenaufgang wieder startklar für den Tag. Supermärkte wie Lidl, Spar oder regionale Märkte sind in 5 Fahrtminuten zu erreichen. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es ca. 10 Min. Fahrtzeit. Wir können das Haus mit der tollen Grillecke und vielen Kinderspielgeräten nur weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Zwei Wochen sind bei so einer langen Anreise aus Deutschland empfehlenswert.

We are in the middle of a one weeks' stay at Villa Erika with 6 adults and 7 children. We received a very warm welcome on arrival from the Villa owners Rosie and her son, who had cooked us a delicious sausage and bean stew and bread for our dinner and provided lots of vegetables and fruit supplies to set us up for the week. Each day Rosie brings us delicious treats such as honey or apple pie and leaves them outside on the terrace - a lovely surprise in the morning. The Villa which is a pretty rustic old building is very well equipped for modern living with cooking utensils, washing powder, towels, soap in the bathrooms, dishwasher tablets etc. This has made our first couple of days here very easy. There are lots of different areas and space to relax together or away from each other if you want some peace. It works well for us as we have young children who want to play and older parents who want peace and quiet. The children's play area is great for the little ones with toys, a swing and a slide as well as a table for doing puzzles. There is lots of comfortable shaded places to sit away from the noise. The pool is quite small but clean and positioned with a beautiful view across fields of lavender. Along with fun at the pool the ping pong table and football table are keeping the older children busy. There is lots to do here for entertainment but equally this is an incredibly peaceful and relaxing place. We would highly recommend staying here especially for families with children.

Wir haben an Pfingsten zu fünft unseren Urlaub in diesem einmaligen Anwesen verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet (von wunderbaren Betten, über alles was man an Geschirr benötigt, bis hin zu Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc.). Darüberhinaus ist es mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet, die größtenteils von der Besitzerin selbst herstellt wurden. Die Bäder sind allesamt nagelneu und super gepflegt. Der Pool, der täglich noch vor dem Aufstehen vom Eigentümer gereinigt wurde, ist einmalig. Überhaupt unglaublich nett und freundschaftlich sind die Besitzer. Wir wurden überaus herzlich empfangen und während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder mit frischem Gemüse, Wein etc. verwöhnt. Den ganzen Urlaub über war die Familie für uns erreichbar und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bei unserer Abreise wurde wir von allen Vieren verabschiedet wie von langjährigen guten Freunden.

Die Nähe zur mittelalterlichen Stadt Labin hat uns sehr zugesagt und auch die Strände in Rabac sind wirklich schnell zu erreichen.

Insgesamt war es ein unglaublich toller und rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden sicherlich wieder dort Urlaub machen.
