Villa Valica is the perfect place to get away from it all! Only 7km from Pazin, in the small village of Jezenj, this restored stone villa offers everything you could wish for a great vacation with your family. The first thing that will catch your eye is the lovely pool in the villa's large garden.
While you relax with a refreshing drink by the pool, you can always keep an eye on the little ones, who have a small playground with a tree house. Play a round of badminton or volleyball in the well-tended garden - you definitely have enough space here! The dining table on the covered terrace can comfortably seat up to 6 people who will enjoy the fresh meals prepared on the grill. If you enter the fully air-conditioned house from the terrace, you will find yourself in the rustic living-dining area with fireplace. This villa is located in the small Istrian village of Jezenj. It is perfectly quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Porec and the beaches are just a short drive away. The village is 5 min. away from Pazin and Tinjan, where are all facilities and direct access to the fast road to Pula and Trieste Airports. The tourist city of Porec is 20 min away. Rovinj and Pula and other highlights you are just a short drive away. Just 20 minutes away from the property you can find nearest beaches with a lot of quiet places to relax.

Absolut Empfehlenswert, wir waren zu viert ( 2 Erwachsene 2 Kinder und ein Hund ) in der Villa Valica. Mila war sehr nett und begrüßte uns bei der Ankunft mit leckereien, die Ruhe und die Zentrale Lage (Mitten in Istrien) ist perfekt. Sehr schönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man heutzutage benötigt (W-Lan, Satellit-TV, könnte besser sein. Waschmaschine, Stellplatz f. Auto Überdacht, und wirklich sehr viel mehr) Großzügiges Grundstück wird täglich in den sehr sehr frühen Morgenstunden gepflegt (Rasensprenger autom., Poolreinigung) Von hier aus erreicht man Umag, Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Rabac sehr gut. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub
Vila Valica je prekrasna kuća uređena i pažljivo osmišljena do najsitnijeg detalja. Villa ima prekrasnu okućnicu sa bazenom,sunčalištem, kućicom na stablu za djecu i ljuljačkama koje su cijeli dan u hladu ispod velikog hrasta. Vila je okružena livadama i stablima pa ćete imati potpunu privatnost! Kuća se nalazi u mirnom selu ,okružena prirodom a opet na par minuta od svih većih trgovina. Unutrašnjost kuće je očaravajuća i prostrana.Svaka soba ima kupaonicu, kuhinja je opremljena u potpunosti. Sve prostorije su klimatizirane.Na natkrivenoj terasi nalazi se roštilj . Na okućnici ima hlada tokom cijelog dana.Djeci neće nedostajati zabave jer je cijela okućnica podređena djeci! Na velikoj livadi nalazi se mreža za badminton,stolni tenis i stolni nogomet. Ova kuća nas je oduševila!! Vlasnica je jako ljubazna i spremna uvijek pomoći. Gospođo Mira, hvala vam na prekrasnom odmoru! Istinski smo uživali!!
