Modern villa with private pool in Central Istria

If you would like to spend your holiday in a villa with a private pool and a large green garden, villa Samanta could be a perfect choice or you! This charming villa offers four bedrooms for eight people, with the possibility of additional accommodation for two people. Three bright bedrooms are located on the first floor.
All rooms have a double bed, an en suite bathroom and are air-conditioned. On the ground floor you will find one more air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, as well as an additional bathroom. There is also a comfortable living room with TV and a sofa bed, which is connected with the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. This entire area is air-conditioned. From the living room and the dining area you have access to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. On the terrace there is a dining table, a barbecue and a lounge area. The pool with sun loungers is surrounded by a beautiful green garden. If you are looking for an activity, you can have fun playing table tennis by the pool. The guests who want to hide in the shade, can relax in the garden swing under the tree which overlooks the pool. In the lower part of the garden you will find a green oasis for our younger guests, who can enjoy on a swing set, or playing badminton, volleyball or football. Villa Samanta is fully fenced, has private parking for four cars (2 are gated, 2 are outside of the fence) and provides everything you need for a relaxing and unforgettable family holiday.

This villa is situated in a peaceful countryside setting which makes it a perfect retreat from rush of a modern life. Central Istria, known for its hilltop towns and beautiful landscape is ideal for driving, cycling and walking. Beaches and Istria's tourist and historical centres, such as Porec, Rovinj and Pula are only a short drive away from the villa. Porec tourism is more than sea and sun. Here you can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. The whole old city centre is a living cultural monument. The streets of Porec are a home to numerous atelier galleries and exhibition spaces which tend tradition in a modern way with their displays. A good way to get to know Istria is through its exceptional gastronomy. The symphonies of flavour in Istrian food are going to arouse all your senses. Istria is a land of delicious food, but the gastronomic pearl is no doubt the truffle.
