Beautiful modern villa with private pool in Istria

If you are dreaming about a relaxing vacation, while surrounded by beautiful, untouched nature, Villa Pedena could be exactly what you need. At the same time, this lovely villa is located only a short drive away from the nearest beach.
The villa will leave you speechless, since a lot of attention was given to the smallest details. The ground floor has an open plan and large, gallery-like windows that let in a lot of light during the entire day. Here you will find a spacious living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. With a total of 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in a separate room, the villa can accommodate up to 10 persons. To complete the experience, a fitness room is at your disposal, where you will also find a pool table and darts. If you feel like preparing traditional meals, feel free to try out the villa´s built in barbecue. There is also a covered terrace for those that like to dine al fresco. However, the main feature of this charming villa is probably the large swimming pool, which is for your exclusive use only.

The villa itself is in an isolated and perfectly relaxing spot... so ideal if you treasure privacy and peace and quiet.. Istria is well connected and has a excellent and uncrowded road system. The coast with the big tourist centers s just a short drive away, as is Pula airport. The nearest beach is located in Rabac about 18 km away. The Istrian peninsula 'terra magica' lies on the Adriatic sea which is the closest warm sea to the heart of Europe. Rabac, 'The Pearl of the Kvarner Bay', is situated on the eastern part of the peninsula. On the west only 12 km away is Pazin with its fascinating picture of the medieval Castle of Pazin (Kaštel), situated above the 130 m cliff where the Pazinčica River flows into the Pazin Pit, inspired the renowned French writer Jules Verne as the setting for part of his novel “Mathias Sandorf”, published in 1885. Today there is a Jules Verne club in Pazin and every year at the end of June the Days of Jules Verne are organized.

Tolles grosszügiges Haus mit umfassender Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts. Sehr schöner, grosser Aussenbereich mit sehr sauberem Pool. Tolle Gastgeberin, die einem sofort ein angnehmes Gefühl gab, angekommen zu sein. Kritikpunkte, die für einen Sterneabzug sorgen, da sie sehr nervig waren, sind Matratzen in den Betten, in denen man in die Mitte rutscht, und vor allem fehlende Mückengitter, zumindest in den Schlafzimmern, da wir ingesamt nachts mehrere Stunden auf der Jagd nach Stechmücken waren, die einen angenehmen Schlaf verinderten.
Ein wunderschöner Urlaub geht zu Ende. Die Villa ist total schön, alles sauber und eins zu eins wie im Internet beschrieben. Es fehlt wirklich an Nichts. Für Hunde auch sehr schön, da man im angrenzenden Wald auch bei Hitze spazieren gehen kann. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, die An- und Abreise hat super funktioniert. Wir würden die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
