This modern holiday home is located in a place called Sveti Petar. It is quiet and relaxing, yet the busy tourist centre of Poreč and Rovinj with their beaches are just a short drive away. A grocery store is 500 m away. The road connections are excellent with access to a fast motorway for Pula and Trieste airports. (Ryanair, flyglobespan, thomson, Norwegian air shuttle, tuifly, German wings, sterling, wizzair and many Russian charter flights). Rovinj and Pula and other highlights you are just a short drive away.

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub in einer tollen Villa. Diese befindet sich in dem kleinen Ort Sveti Petar u Sumi. Im Ort befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt der alle gängigen Artikel und Lebensmittel führt. Zudem kann man im Ort in dem kleinen Restaurant, der Konoba Doma, sehr gut zu günstigen Preisen essen. Die Inhaber schlachten selbst, sodass hier lokale Wurstspezialitäten erworben werden können. In ungefähr 30min ist Poreć gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Eine Taxifahrt ist mit 40€ (2 Pers.) etwas teurer. Die Villa selbst liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße in Sichtweite zur Kirche, was einen besonderen Flair ausmacht. In Wirklichkeit sieht die Villa nochmal besser aus als auf den Bildern. Vom Pool ist so der idyllische Blick auf den Kirchturm möglich. Es ist einfach nur Ruhe und Erholung pur. Goldstück der Reise war die sympathische Hausbesitzerin, die uns mit allen nur erdenklichen Informationen und lokalen Weinen versorgte. Fazit: Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in traumhafter ruhiger Umgebung. Wir kommen wieder 🇭🇷😍
Ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr sauber, das Haus lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und fühlten uns sehr wohl! Die Gastgeberin Andromena war jeder Zeit für uns da! Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam und ging viel zu schnell vorbei! Wir bedanken uns für die tolle Gastfreundlichkeit!!! Unsere Bewertung 5 Sterne plus, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
