The interior design of the villa is characterised by white elements in combination with natural tones such as brown and grey, which makes a lovely contrast to the surrounding lush greenery. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a wonderful large glass door leading from the living room to the terrace with a stunning view of the surrounding hills. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room is also located here, so you can easily prepare delicious meals or a cup of coffee there and enjoy it on the terrace. On the upper floor, you can get a good night’s sleep in one of the two bedrooms with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both rooms feature an amazing view over the surroundings and you will definitely be delighted to wake up every morning with such a view.
Set aside all your everyday worries and simply relax in the beautiful outdoor area of the villa. The infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers is very inviting and is the perfect place to refresh yourself on warm summer days or to catch a tan. For all barbecue lovers, there is a charcoal grill at their disposal, where they can prepare their specialties and serve them at the outdoor dining table. After the meal, we would recommend treating yourself to a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoying the incredible view. What else could you possibly wish for on your holiday?

The stunningly beautiful medieval hilltop town of Motovun is known as a town-monument and exudes true Istrian charm and history offering spectacular views across hills blanketed with vineyards, hamlets and farmhouses, and the magical Mirna Valley. Traditional local festivities as well as a renowned international film festival are hosted here, bringing
this peaceful little town to life. The number of towns and villages to visit is too long to list; this is the heart of Central Istria, one of the most beautiful spots in the world. It is also famous for local Teran and Malvazija grapes, virgin olive oil, home-made cheeses, prosciutto, barbecued meats, and of course truffles, all of which can be sampled in restaurants within the many villages and towns of the area. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most stunning of them being the historical Parenzana old railroad trail which offers a unique ride on a tourist train along the route as well. Horseback riding, round or two of golf or just enjoying in the thermal waters of the nearby spa town add to this long list of activities. The main coastal resorts of Umag, Novigrad and Porec, quickly reached along excellent roads, provide extremely varied leisure facilities, good nightlife, bars and restaurants.

Ein wunderbares Häuschen/Villa mit einer Perle als Gastgeberin! Vor allem die Lage ist ein Traum - absolute Ruhe, tolle Aussicht und trotzdem alles was man braucht in der Nähe. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen sicherlich wieder ;-)
Es wurde in früheren Bewertungen bereits viel über die Lage des Hauses, die Schönheit der umliegenden Natur, dem grandiosen Ausblick und dem tollen Pool berichtet. Das können wir alles gerne bestätigen und wollen uns hier auf die hervorragende Besitzerin beschränken. Die Dame ist ein Juwel in der Tourismusindustrie und geht für Ihre Gäste die berühmte Extrameile. Kleines Beispiel: Wir haben es in 30 Jahren noch nie erlebt, dass eine Gastgeberin mit ihrem Privatwagen 30 Minuten vorausfährt um uns am Meer die schönsten Plätze für uns und unseren Boxerhund zu zeigen. Daneben spricht sie fliessend Kroatisch, Italienisch, Französisch, Englisch und allerbestes Deutsch. Sie hat ein Auge für allerkleinste Details rund ums Haus und geht individuell auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Da steckt sehr viel Liebe und Passion drin und das als Gast erleben zu dürfen ist ein Genuss. Wir sind eine Familie mit Kind und Hund aus der Schweiz und können das Haus und die Besitzerin jedem Interessierten Gast nur allerwärmsten empfehlen.

Wir waren im Juni 2021 für 2 Wochen in dieser bezauberten und modernen Villa. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an wie im Paradies. Eine sehr fürsorgliche Besitzerin empfing uns mit örtlichen Leckereien und stand uns bei Bedarf jederzeit gerne mit Insidertipps zur Verfügung. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, absolut ruhig und mit einem wahrhaft majestätischen Blick über das Tal auf Motovun.. Der Sunset bei einem Glas Wein ist atemberaubend. Der große Pool bietet unter Tags eine willkommene Erfrischung. Die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs kann man alle in der Nähe erwerben und bei den von Marjana empfohlen Restaurants war eins besser als das andere. Wir können diese Villa absolut und uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen wieder.
Wer noch nie im Paradies war, sollte hier mal herfahren.

Wir waren im Oktober 2019 mit 4 Personen dort. Wunderschönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage mit fantastischem Blick auf Motovun. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in allen Belangen sehr gut. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer-/Bad-Einheiten bieten auch für 4 Personen ausreichende Intimität. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht hervorragend Deutsch. Zum Erkunden von Istrien ist die Lage bestens geeignet. Zu empfehlen ist natürlich die Trüffelzeit im Oktober und November. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Wir verbringen hier gerade eine Woche Urlaub , großartig, wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig , die Landschaft rund um das Haus ist einzigartig. Marijana die Besitzerin ist großartig , spricht sehr gutes Deutsch und hilft bei allem . Wir sind so begeistert das wir nächstes Jahr sofort wieder kommen .

Wir haben eine Woche zu viert in der Villa Majestic Eye verbracht. Die Villa hat einen wirklich sehr, sehr spektakulären Ausblick und liegt einsam am Berghang circa zehn Autominuten von Motovun entfernt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne auch Tipps für die Umgebung. In dem Gemüsegarten den sie liebevoll angelegt hat darf man sich bedienen. Die Ausstattung der Villa war in Ordnung, allerdings dem Preis nicht ganz gerecht. Beispielsweise war die Beschattung am Pool und auch auf der Terrasse zu sperrlich. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich noch Baustellenzustand. Die Villa ist wildromantisch, wirkt aber noch nicht ganz fertig.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen und traumhaften Lage, genau so wie wir es wollten. Die Aussicht auf das beliebte Bergdorf Motovun ist wunderschön und man spürt ganz schnell die tolle Energie schon alleine wenn man nur auf der Mauer vor dem Haus sitzt und in die Ferne schaut. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen liebevollen Details, worauf die Vermieterin (Mariana du bist die BESTE) großen Wert legt.
Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist äußerst hilfsbereit, antwortet sofort wenn man Fragen hat und kümmert sich um wirklich alles. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns prima erholt. 👍😎👍

I strongly recommend this villa, as it is all that you can imagine from the photos and more.
It's located in complete privacy with stunning views over the little town of Motovun and breathtaking Istrian landscape. It's an ideal getaway for 4 people with all the amnities that you need and more. The villa is wonderfully maintained with lavander and strawberries growing along the house pathways. The host, Mariana could be a rolemodel for all the other hosts in the area - great job!
Stayed here in May. The villa and location are just perfect. The villa is well equipped, very clean and comfortable with fabulous views of motovun and the surrounding hills. The villa host Mariana, is very helpful and friendly, and couldn't have done more for us during our stay. We have visited many villas throughout Europe and this is in our top 2! Would highly recommend to anyone and will be telling all our friends and family about this stunning villa.
