Luxury stone villa in Central Istria

Wir verbrachten zwei superschöne Wochen in der Villa Kringa. In Kringa gibt es eine Kirche und einen kleinen Laden (der das Nötigste hatte). In Danijeli gibt es ein authentisches kroatisches Restaurant, das köstliche Speisen serviert und nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Die Villa selbst war fantastisch und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Sanjin und seine Familie sind ein netter Gastgeber und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool und die Gärten waren wunderschön und wir genossen die Ruhe. Wir würden die Villa Kringa allen empfehlen, die ein wenig Luxus und Ruhe suchen.

Von der Buchung bis zum Urlaub hat alles bestens geklappt.Ein wunderbares Anwesen in herrlicher ,abgelegener Ruhe.Das parkähnliche Grundstück ist fantastisch und für unsere Hunde ,Kinder und uns ideal. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr unkompliziert und immer erreichbar.Kommt 2 mal die Woche. War ein toller Urlaub.

Traumhaft schöner Garten und Außenbereich!

Wir haben in der Villa Kringa einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht denn die Villa ist perfekt ! Ein, im originalen istrischen Stil gebautes Steinhaus mit viel Platz, einem traumhafter Garten, ein wundervoller Pool und viele, viele liebevolle Details die einen Urlaub perfekt machen. Hervorzuheben ist die absolute Sauberkeit des Hauses und des gepflegten Gartens mit wunderschönen Schatten spendenden Bäumen - um beides sind der Besitzer Saninj und seine Frau extrem bemüht. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, in den beschaulichen Ort geht man einige Minuten - hier gibt es ein kleines Geschäft für das Nötigste. Für größere Einkäufe fährt man nach Pazin (15 km), dort findet man alles (wir empfehlen den Supermarkt Lidl). Das nächste Restaurant ist die vielgelobte Konoba Danijeli - zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten zu gehen - mit extrem freundlichem Service, sehr guten Preisen und einem wirklich netten Ambiente. Allerdings ist auch "zu Hause" kochen für 8 Personen in der Villa kein Problem: Die Küche ist übermäßig komplett ausgestattet und zum Grillen kann man sich sogar zwischen Gas-Griller und Holzkohlen-Griller entscheiden. 2 x pro Woche kommt Sanjin - immer darauf bedacht nur nicht zu stören - um den Pool zu reinigen, die Bettwäsche und die flauschigen Handtücher werden ebenfalls 1 x pro Woche gewechselt. Für Fragen und Wünsche ist der Besitzer immer telefonisch erreichbar und extrem bemüht! Als Strand zum Baden empfehlen wir den Abschnitt Hawaii Beach 1 zwischen Novigrad und Porec - hier gibt es Liegen zu mieten, eine sehr gute Beachbar und es ist nicht ganz so überfüllte in der Hochsaison wie sonst überall. Die Anreisewege zu den Attraktionen Istriens (Groznjan, Motovun, Rovinji, Porec, Novigrad mit seiner Bar Vitriol, ...) sind ebenfalls alle überschaubar (zwischen 25 und 50 Minuten) - natürlich nicht um´s Eck, aber dafür entschädigt die wundervolle Lage der Villa! Wir waren 4 Pärchen, die schon in einigen Destination Häuser angemietet haben. Dieses war perfekt und wir haben uns in diesen 14 Tagen wirklich rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Villa Kringa unumschränkt empfehlen. Eine frühe Buchung empfiehlt sich!

I can recommend Villa Kinga in any way. It fullfilled all of our exepctations, evan more. Situated in the centre of Istria close to the little town of Kringa you have good startingpoint to all points of intrested in Istria. The coastsides as well as the northern part if Istria from Hum to Motovun.... The Villa itself is lovely design, well furnished and has a huge garden with a big pool and a playground in the backyard. Konoba Danielij is just a 10 Minute walk from here. We came doen to Istria for many years now and decided to try something new this year - it was a good decission. A great place to spent your vacation if you like to for your own. I am sure we will come back....

Villa Kringa exceeded our expectations. The accommodation is luxuriously spacious. Every bedroom has top notch en-suite facilities and direct access to the gardens, some via pretty terrace areas. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the communal areas of the house were huge; we were almost disappointed that it was too warm to try the open fire and pizza oven! The separate laundry room/cloakroom was well-used too. The location is extremely peaceful but a car is essential for serious food shopping and sightseeing. The local lanes are perfect for exploring on foot and the central location is ideal for heading off by car in any direction. We did day or half day trips about every other day during our two weeks. We visited Motovun, Groznjan, Rovinj, Pula, Buzet & Pazin. Konoba Danijeli is walking distance from the villa for most (about 15 mins) but a torch is recommended for the return leg on dark evenings. The local shop in Kringa is good for basics and a short walk away (5 to 10 mins). Sanjin and his family were delightful and unobtrusive hosts keeping the pool and grounds in excellent condition. In September the unheated pool was too 'bracing' for some of our party but was nevertheless used every day. We were a 'mature' group (late 50's to early 80's) but I'm sure the spacious garden and table tennis table would have been popular with youngsters too. We can thoroughly recommend Villa Kringa.

We spent a relaxing week at Villa Kringa which is located within walking distance of the small village of Kringa. There is a church and very small shop in Kringa (which had the basics only) but not much else. There is an authentic Croatian restaurant in Danijeli which serves delicious food and is only a 10 minute walk away. The Villa itself was amazing and had everything we needed. Sanjin was a lovely host and was very helpful. The pool and gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed the peace and quiet offered at Villa Kringa. There is very little to do at Kringa but for us was the perfect base from which we could explore Istria. It was wonderful to escape the crowds and retreat back to Kringa after having visited the larger tourist destinations. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Kringa for all those looking for a little luxury and peace and quiet.
