The charming Villa Fiore is located on a 12,000 sqm plot, surrounded by meadows and forests and offers complete privacy and tranquility - ideal for a family vacation. Outside you will find a spacious private pool where you can really relax while enjoying the beautiful view of the enchanting nature.
There are sun loungers around the pool where you can sunbathe or relax after a swim in the pool. On the covered terrace there is a large grill and bread oven as well as a dining table where you can relax with the family in the evenings. The villa can accommodate a total of 4 guests, spread over 130 square meters and all rooms are on the ground floor. The interior offers a pleasant atmosphere that will make you feel at home. In the open plan living and dining area you will find a sofa, a TV and an open fireplace as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. The villa has two comfortably furnished bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. One room has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. If all the roads in Europe lead to Rome, then all the roads in Istria lead to Zminj, the centre of Istria and the old intersection. The villa is just out of Zminj and it is ideally located for exploring the region. You will find all the amenities, shops, restaurants etc. there. The villa itself is in an isolated and perfectly relaxing spot... so ideal if you treasure privacy and peace and quiet... The coast with the big tourist centers s just a short drive away, as is Pula airport. Istria is well connected and has an excellent and uncrowded road system.
