Beautiful Villa Leart offers accommodation for 10 guests. Villa consists of 3 apartments.

The apartments are only rented together as a single unit to only one group of guests.
At your disposal are 5 bedrooms and 5 en-suite bathrooms, 3 living rooms and 3 modern kitchens and 3 dining areas.
For more fun there is billiard and table tennis at disposal.
You will love the outdoor area with swimming pool and tall pines where you can relax and enjoy the sun. At disposal is also outside dining table and charcoal barbecue.

Villa Leart is located in Pjescana Uvala near Pula. In a very short walking distance there is a wide choice of excellent bars and restaurants. There is public transport to the centre of Pula, but the historical Pula’s old town can be reached by bike as well.
First beach is only 260m from the villa.
Both the Roman town of Pula and charming Medulin are within easy reach. Medulin is regarded as one of the best bathing resorts in Istria.
You will find a variety of bars and restaurants in Medulin and in the neighbouring Premantura, all famous for their fish menus. Pula also abounds with great restaurants, some of them you will find while strolling in the old town centre, rich with Roman remains. The most famous of all Roman monuments in Pula, the starting and ending point of every sightseeing tour is the Amphitheatre, popularly called the Arena of Pula.

Super Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung. Nah zum Meer (5 Minuten) - sauber, gepflegt und auch genügend Platz für alle. Toller, großer Pool und ein sehr guter Griller. Einziges Manko: die Betten sind nicht sehr komfortabel, schlechte Matratze. Wer empfindlich ist, dann sind Verspannungen vorprogammiert. Schade Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Positiv: - Tolles großes Haus. - Viel Platz für Garderobe in den Zimmern - Großer Pool - Geräumige Badezimmer - Große Küche mit sehr großer Ausstattung, es fehlt echt nichts - Toller Grill (haben wir fast täglich benutzt) - DVD Player, Billiard - 5Gehminuten zum Meer, Beach mit allem drum und dran (Tretboot, Bar, SUP,...) - Zusatzbett und Zusatzmatratzen verfügbar falls mal mehr als zwei in einem Raum schlafen wollen. - Umgebung ist sehr leise, nur die Grillen hört man zirpen Negativ Naja, Matratzen sind halt nicht ganz so wie zuhause. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
