Villa Girasole is a charming stone villa in the small village of Kastelir. The villa is situated not far away from attractive beaches and offers its guests an amazing panoramic view.
Featuring a private pool in the garden, this villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family and friends!
With a total of 4 bedrooms, Villa Girasole can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, that stretches elegantly to the cosy living room, as well as a separate toilet and a bedroom with a single bed. The table football on the ground floor promises a lot of fun and entertainment for all ages. On the upper floor you’ll find three double bedrooms, two of them with access to the balcony, as well as a separate toilet and one bathroom.
On delightful summer days you’ll surely appreciate the cosy pool in the garden, in which you can cool off, relax and enjoy the Istrian sun with family and friends. On the terrace there is also a stone barbecue, an open dining room for 8 people, as well as a comfortable hanging chair for gently swinging at your disposal. The charming Villa Girasole is the ideal holiday home to escape the daily stress for a while.

The villa is located in a charming village called Kaštelir. It is close to Poreč and its beaches. Poreč is the largest tourist hot spot in Istria where you can find all kind of activities. If you are looking for activity, remarkable experiences and rich cultural heritage, Poreč with its 100 years of experience in hospitality and supreme tourist offer, is the place for you. Be sure not to miss the numerous parties organized in tourist villages and the town's centre. There are beach clubs, coffee bars, and after midnight you can enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of night bars and discos. Nothing but fun from sunset till sunrise! Car is recommended. Shops and restaurants are in short walking distance from the villa. Areas of interest include the Medieval Hill top towns of Motovun and Grožnjan as well as the seaside towns of Rovinj and Vrsar.

Thank you very much for the nice Villa in Kastelir! We really enjoyed our holidays and the pool. The house and ground was clean and whenever we had any issue the host helped us. The kitchen could have been staffed a little bit more but the essential things were there.
Das Haus ist sehr schön geplant. Man hat ausreichend Garten , schönen Pool und geräumige Küche. Es gibt zwei Terrassen die vormittag wie Nachmittag Schatten anbieten. Leider hatten wir zwei mal Jugendliche am Nachbar Haus … die laute Musik und Party am Pool starteten… die Gastgeber haben sie jedoch ermahnt und es wurde dann auch ruhiger. Die Kommunion per WhatsApp mit Karla war schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank
