The rustic style of the stone house can be seen from afar and is also reflected in the interior of the villa, where a creative combination with modern elements creates a nostalgic and cosy sensation.
The open living and dining area on the ground floor offers plenty of space. Feel at home and prepare your favourite dishes in the bright country house kitchen with a cooking island, which you can then enjoy in the charming dining area with views of the beautiful garden. The cosy living room with a floral theme, which is connected to the terrace, has a fireplace where you can make yourself comfortable on cool summer evenings. Bookworms will certainly love it. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom with its own bathroom. On the first floor of the villa are the remaining two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Both rooms are connected to the balcony where you can enjoy the view. The basement is a highlight for gourmets. At the solid wooden table, you can enjoy renowned local drinks in convivial company.
The outside area of the Villa Experience is no less attractive. The private pool offers refreshments. Comfortable deck chairs and lounge furniture invite you to relax. The shady, covered barbecue and dining area in rustic style complete the outdoor area.

This villa is situated in a peaceful countryside setting which makes it a perfect peaceful retreat from the rush of modern life. Still, just a short drive away from Istria's tourist and historical centres. Beaches are 14 km from the villa and you can choose a beach of your choice around the Porec area. Porec tourism is more than the sea, sun and tourist image. The tourists can easily recognize the city that is keeping its historical values. You can find museums, galleries and many valuable city palaces. The whole old city centre is a living cultural monument. Poreč’s streets are home to numerous atelier galleries and exhibition spaces which tend tradition in a modern way with their displays. A good way to get to know Istria is through its exceptional gastronomy. The symphonies of flavour in Istrian food are going to arouse all your senses. Istria is a land of delicious food, but the gastronomic pearl is no doubt the truffle.

Die Villa Experience ist ein wahrer Traum!
Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und dennoch ist alles schnell erreichbar. Ein wunderschönes umzäuntes Grundstück und das Haus bietet alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Alles sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Igor hat uns herzlich empfangen und ist super freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir und unsere Hunde haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Villa Experience auf alle Fälle empfehlen!

Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig gestaltet, gemütlich, mit allem ausgestaltet was man so braucht. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, das Poolhäuschen ist auch perfekt.. Lage auch sehr gut zum Abschalten und doch nah an Porec.
Auch unser Hund hatte viel Grün zum Schnüffeln und konnte frei herumlaufen, weil das Grundstück ölig umzäunt ist.
Das Haus war total sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand - wir kommen sicher wieder.
Es war eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Experience. Das Haus wurde mit so viel Liebe gestaltet, dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. In jeder Ecke warten neue Kleinigkeiten darauf, entdeckt zu werden. Der Weinkeller versprüht einen tollen Charme ("leider" war bei uns das Wetter zu gut, sodass wir lieber bis spät in die Nacht draußen saßen und den Garten genossen haben). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir hatten wieder eine wunderbare Woche in der Villa Experience, Gastgeber sehr bemüht,
toll ausgestattetes Haus, wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder...
Wir verbrachten einen wundervollen Urlaub mit unseren Freunden in der wunderschönen Villa EXPERIENCE. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Inhaber waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit..ein besonderes Lob geht an Igor der immer nach dem Rechten geschaut hat....alles in ALLEM ein gelungener Kurzurlaub...wir kommen gerne wieder....Wir werden es weiter empfehlen.....Vielen Dank für Alles

Die Villa Experience in Baderna ist ein sehr komfortabler und idealer Ausgangspunkt um ganz Istrien zu erkunden. Die Lage ist ideal und man kehrt gern in diese Oase der Ruhe zurück. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr luxuriös und gepflegt und ausgesprochen geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts, die Küche hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann und die Zimmer inklusive die Bäder sind sehr hochwertig. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause.
Die Inhaber sind ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.
Der Clou ist der Weinkeller - urig und gemütlich ausgestattet und ideal für eine gemütliche Abendveranstaltung in kleiner Runde; die vorhandenen Weine sind gut sortiert und hochklassig.
Der Urlaub war absolut gelungen und wir sind sehr froh, diese Villa gewählt zu haben.
Gern werden wir wiederkommen !
Everything about this house is great; location is just a minute drive from the main Istrian highway, yet quiet and private, situated at the very end of the village. One can tell this house was originaly built for the owner's enjoyment; the furniture, the decor, the details, surroundings, plants, the summer kitchen, the pool ( in cold weather heated to lovely 25!), it all fits to the story. You blend with the hous's vibe in instant. Not to mention the wine cellar; so much bigger and cosier then the photos show. Also the host, Linda, is a very nice, laid-back person. The only problem was the internet that somehow refused to be available after the first day, but that turned out to be quite a positive thing and made this experience even more relaxing.

Unsere Osterferien, welche wir in der Villa Experience verbringen durften, waren ein Traum. Die Villa verfügt über jeglichen denkbaren Komfort. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen.
Wir fühlten uns sofort zuhause und werden sehr gerne wieder diese schöne Unterkunft buchen.
