The spacious kitchen/dining area opening to a shaded balcony is on the middle floor, while the other two air-conditioned bedrooms, both with an access to a nice, wide balcony, are at the top of the house, arguably with the best views of all which on a clear day stretches down to the sea. The traditional and comfortable style combining stone and oak beams provides a lovely inviting rustic ambiance for your holiday. The shaded outside dining area with a built in barbecue makes a perfect setting for the enjoyable al fresco meals, while a dedicated children’s playground, as well as a table football add to the family-friendly feel. This is a brand new property in our offer and by the summertime there will be more current photos on our website with new details.

Great spot for a relaxing family holiday We already spent two holidays at this house, overlooking the Istrian hills, situated on a big, hilly premise. Supposedly the pictures say it all: the house has been carefully refurbished, providing a very tasteful interior. Every equipment need is there. Outside you can relax on a nice terrace with a grill, next to a swimming-pool. The landlords are very nice, who care that you can spend relaxing holidays. The sea is away about half an hour drive, and it’s a good basis for exploring Istria. Next year we’ll come back again.

we had a great holiday in Villa Zora. The location is beautiful, and the owners are very nice people. They even had a surprise for us on the birthday of my husband! The house is very clean and well maintained, and provides a washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Outside you can use the private swimming pool, a barbecue, there is a terras on every floor and you can play on a football table. If you are looking for a quiet holiday in a beautiful region, we warmly recommend you this house. You can make some very nice visits in the region of Istrië.
