The villa offers four bright and comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. From the side of the parking lot you will enter the upper floor of the villa, where you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed each and have en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two single beds. On the upper floor there is there is also a third, separate bathroom. On the ground floor of the villa there are an air-conditioned bedroom with direct access to the pool, a bathroom, and a bright living room with a TV which is connected to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen in an open space concept. The entire space is air-conditioned. Our younger guests will be happy to see there is a PlayStation 3 at their disposal. Next to the house there is a covered terrace with a dining table. Grill lovers will be delighted to see the outdoor covered area with charcoal barbecue. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the sun. You can also play darts for a fun-filled holiday in the break between swimming in the heated pool and relaxing in the sun. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for 3 cars.
