Charming stone villa with pool in Central Istria

Beautiful Villa Sany, located in the heart of the Istrian peninsula, is the ideal choice for those that are dreaming of a relaxing vacation amidst beautiful countryside. Rustic stone villa has its own large and tended garden, where the youngest guests can play, while the rest of the group soaks up the sun by the pool.
Next to the pool, which also has a hydromassage, is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, where you can prepare local specialties and dine al fresco, while surrounded by the scent of the Mediterranean. The villa itself was decorated wit a lot of love. All of the rooms are located on the first floor. The ground floor is not for rent. Villa Sany has 3 bedrooms, a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. With 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, the villa can accommodate up to 6 persons. On of the rooms has an exit to the terrace with a view of the pool area and the entire garden. The villa is air conditioned, has WiFi and 3 parking spaces.

Stunning Villa Sany is located amidst Central Istria, surrounded by beautiful, peaceful nature. Only a short drive away from the villa you can find the Castle of Pazin as well as the Cave of Pazin, where you can try Croatia´s most famous zip-line. Near the villa you can try out horseback riding, however there is also a children playground for the youngest guests. Pazin is well connected to many coastal towns, such as Porec and Rovinj on the west coast or Pula on the southern side of the peninsula. In Central Istria you can visit various small, medieval towns and try local specialties while overlooking the countryside, which irresistibly reminds of Tuscany or Provence. Istria is a land of delicious food - famous Istrian prosciutto, pork fillet and sausages have a specific taste and scent, while fresh seafood and fish come from the idyllic archipelago. Central Istria is ideal for driving, cycling and walking.

Hallo Sandra, Jiditschka und Jankob Unser Urlaub bei euch hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Euere Villa ist auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen, da alles super sauber und komplett ausgestattet ist. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und gut erholt. Bis demnächst, wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
Einfach ein herrliches Anwesen! Es hat an absolut Nichts gefehlt. Super Ausstattung der Unterkunft, sehr gepfleger Zustand des Gebäudes und der Außenanlagen, in ruhiger Lage gelegen. Insbesondere die Außenküche hatte es uns angetan - egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen und auch zum Verweilen für zwischendurch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Dankeschön an Sandra und ihren Vater!
