Villa Vita is a perfect choice for all those who would like to spend a vacation in a villa with pool near the sea. Villa Vita is located within a walking distance from the beach.
Villa Vita can accommodate up to 8+2 guests. At disposal are 4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Fore more fun there is a table football at disposal. The outside area with private pool and sun loungers is a place where you can relax and enjoy the sun. A terrace with an outside dining area with charcoal barbecue are also at disposal. Villa Vita has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars, is air conditioned and provides everything for a nice holiday.

Villa is located in a small fishing town of Banjole, in a walking distance from the beautiful beaches. The small fishing town of Banjole is situated on a small peninsula with a naturally protected port. Banjole is the perfect place for enjoying the sea, sailing and fishing enthusiasts. In Banjole are many sport activities at disposal. Cape Kamenjak, which is only short drive away from the villa, is a must see place if you like untouched nature with wild beaches and beautiful surroundings.The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe – Brijuni. Brijuni Islands can be accessed by a short boat ride with departure from nice fishermen's town Fazana, just 16 kilometres away from the villa.

Hello, we booked the Villa Vita for 1 week (12.08. - 19.08.2017) and used it with 9 peolpe (20 -30 years old). There was enough space for everyone to relax. It was a great time at Banjole. The Villa Vita is beautifull and has a great location not far from the beach. The pool, the garden and the house itself is very modern and clean. There is every equipment you need to stay and spend your time. Especially the issue that every room has its own bathroom was great and so practical. At all time you can relax and enjoy your holidays. The owner and contact person, Matia, is very friendly and obliging. All 9 of us would love it to come back again for spending another holiday at Matia's Villa Vita in Banjole. We were a party of 8 people who enjoyed ourselves in Villa Vita this summer. The house was absolutely in perfect condition (well cleaned and fresh) and Matia was a great host who was there for us when we had questions. We recommend Villa Vita to anybody!
