Beautifully restored villa with pool near Pula

This beautiful and renovated Villa Agra near Pula can accommodate up to 12 people and is an ideal vacation spot for a large family. The villa consists of 2 buildings and a beautiful spacious fenced garden, where you will find a swimming pool that will be refreshing during hot summer months.
The smaller building has a covered outdoor dining area, while there is a built-in barbecue and table tennis inside the building. The main building of Villa Agra has 6 bedrooms and two staircases leading up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on each side of the staircases. One of the rooms has a double bed and a private bathroom, while the other two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a bathroom with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and a bathtub. A beautiful kitchen where you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals and a dining area for 12 people, is located on the ground floor of Villa Agra. It also offers a separate TV room with a fireplace and billiards table. The house is fully air conditioned.

This beautiful villa Agra is located in a small village Marcana which is located north of Pula. The location itself is ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Only 8 kilometers away is Vodnjan, which offers a variety of top restaurants with many specialties. The beach is only 10 kilometers away from the villa and you can easily drive quickly to your destination and you can choose between the east (Duga Uvala) and west coast (Fazana). You can also ride nearby, and for those with an adventurous spirit, the Glavani adrenaline park is only a few minutes away by car.

Et fantastisk smukt sted. Skønt hus og dejlig pool. Vi var meget tilfredse med det hele:)
Wir waren im Sommer 2019 mit 3 Familien (12 Personen) in der Villa Agra. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Villa war für unsere Bedürfnisse vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Liegen am Pool sind etwas unbequem, da es keine Auflagen gibt. Schön wären auch weitere Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen, da man nur die Liegen oder die überdachte Essecke hat. Generell könnte der Außenbereich etwas aufgewertet werden. Das Wlan war leider eine Katastrophe - wenn überhaupt, kam nur sehr wenig durch, Die Schlafzimmer waren allesamt sehr schön und sehr sauber. Der Billardtisch, die Tischtennisplatte und vor allem der Pool waren für Groß und Klein ideal und haben eine Menge Spaß geboten.
