Nice villa with private pool near Porec

This lovely solitary villa offers you complete privacy and tranquillity far from everyday' routine. It is set on a large piece of land with no neighbours and surrounded only by beautiful untouched nature.
You can rejoice the peacefulness and relax while enjoying the beautiful view. Ideal for large groups, its 5 luxury bedrooms with air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms will offer you contentment during your vacation. Outside, there is a beautiful covered dining area with BBQ. Around the nice size private pool with massage waterfall, you can relax surrounded by a nicely tended garden. For more activities, we have provided a slide for children, goals and a football, 10 bicycles, a pool table, Nintendo Wii and a sauna. Nevertheless, the small village is not far away and the beach is only a short drive away. Also, all the interesting touristic hotspots can be reached by car in 15 minutes. Of course, make sure to visit Porec and its Euphrasian Basilica.

This beautiful villa is just 4 km from Visnjan, a village in Istria, located 12 kilometers east of Porec. The part of the picturesque city of Visnjan is an astronomical observatory, home of several long-running international summer programs for youth in astronomy, archeology, marine biology and other disciplines. Visnjan is also known in olive growing and viticulture and is also one of the last resorts in Istria of the autochthon Istrian bovine Boskarin. In Visnjan you can a few bars, good restaurants and a shop. We would certainly recommend the Restaurant Borgonia. Opatija, Rovinj, Pula, Trieste, Koper, Piran, Portoroz, Umag, and Novigrad are less than an hour away, so you only have to choose whether to meditate surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, enjoy the Istrian eno-gastronomic delicacies, or have a good time in the surroundings.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen Villa sehr genossen. In der traumhaften Außenanlage mit herrlichem Pool ließ es sich in ruhiger Umgebung super relaxen. Die Zimmer mit Bad sind großzügig geschnitten, die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, allerdings würden wir den Austausch des in die Jahre gekommenen Geschirrspülers empfehlen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen waren die Abflüsse der Waschbecken und Duschen, die bei unserer Ankunft nur mangelhaft gereinigt waren.
Schöne sehr ruhige komfortable Villa gut ausgestattet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas eingeschränkt aber gute Konobas in der Nähe - unkomplizierte Übernahme Pool war leider noch nicht serviciert aber es war ohnehin kein Badewetter und wir waren ja zum biken da!
