Modern villa with infinity pool in Central Istria

Villa Terra Nera is a newly built villa for the season of 2014. This modern interpretation of a traditional Mediterranean house is located in the heart of Istria, Croatia in a group of 5 villas.
The villa architecture ensures complete privacy around the pool area and the outdoor space is beautifully designed with plenty of space and a large infinity pool. You will also enjoy a stone built barbecue and al-fresco dining area. The carefully tended garden has a watering system so it will always be green. Inside there is a beautiful open space living area folded with light and big glass doors on to the pool area. This is a single level house so all the bedrooms (3) are around the pool on the ground floor. - all with en suite bathrooms. For extra space you can use the gallery above the living area with a single sofa bed. The entire house is fully air-conditioned.There is a conveniently located grocery store just 50 m from the villas. If you are a bigger party look for villa Terra Gialla and Terra Rossa.

14 Tage mit 5 Personen Die Villa war richtig toll. Die Einrichtung, die Terrasse und der Pool waren spitze. Die Betreuerin "Tina" war sehr nett und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Wir können die Villa Terra Nera nur weiterempfehlen.
sehr schöne villa, gute lage, Übergabe problemlos, sehr nette Tina, alles vorhanden. waren tolle zwei Wochen.
